Recent symptoms in children have been fever, runny nose, rash, blisters on toes, vomiting and diarrhea, Kawasaki disease like symptoms, and toxic-shock like symptoms
Any client or family member of client that has been exposed to someone with COVID-19 and has not been vaccinated will self-quarantine for 14 days prior to returning to Quest. Please notify the front desk if you or your child has been exposed and are not vaccinated.
Clients are to text the Quest phone when they arrive and wait until they are notified to come into the clinic or someone comes to the vehicle to get their child.
The waiting room will remain closed. The bathroom will be open for clients to wash their hands but not to the public for use.
Client and caregiver temperatures are taken at the door. A temperature of 100 degrees or higher will be considered a fever and the client will not remain for their session.
All clients and caregivers will be requested to wear a mask of their own. One parent or caregiver is permitted to attend the therapy session with their child. If the caregiver is two weeks post fully vaccinated, the caregiver can show their vaccination card to the office manager and may attend without wearing a mask. The client and family member will be requested to wear a mask if they have not been fully vaccinated.
Staff will provide their proof of vaccination to Quest administration and may work without wearing a mask if they are two weeks post being fully vaccinated.
All clients, caregivers, and staff will wash hands thoroughly upon entry and before leaving Quest.
Please do not leave the parking lot while your child is in therapy. We may need to end early or need your assistance.
All family members will remain 6 feet apart from staff. (unless needed for training purposes)
All clients will remain in their vehicles until a tech or therapist brings them into the building.
Staff should open doors for clients and their family member. We want to limit physical contact with high traffic areas.
Following every session, all surfaces will be wiped down and supplies utilized during session cleaned thoroughly.
Therapists will be available by email if you would like to discuss your child’s session. They will also provide a written summary of your session for assistance with carryover into the home setting.
